Mover were scheduled to arrive between 9 and 10 am. Manager called and explained that the scheduled worker did not come into work. He would try to call around and get some one. The manager and another man arrived at 3:30. My Children and I (53 yr old) had already loaded the truck. The movers did help unload. However things were placed haphazardly. We could not enter the room. We had to completely rearrange everything. They did have dollies on hand and did some work. They were nice guys, but service was not what I paid for. I will not use them again or recommend. I debated whether to report to better business bureau.
Once again I'd like to give you our most sincere apology , but I have apologized a hundred times and a hundred more will not change the fact that we were in fact late.
I explained the circumstances yet that wont change the fact that we were late.
Like I told you that day before we departed your home; If you give us the opportunity to help you move to your next location for one we would make it worth your while price wise and 2 I can 110% assure you that we would change your mind about the scope of the service we try to provide all of our customers with.
We take customer satisfaction extremely serious and there are little to no limitations in this case if we got the chance to change your mind about our company and our service.
