that garbage entity (I cannot call it company) does not deserve to have any stars - absolute scam - avoid to use

I had two moves scheduled with this company and like all suckers went with them following good web reviews. This company is absolute scam, unprofessional, to say the least (really trying not use French). First move was done with tiny uhaul track, no tool, no carts, no wrapper, also they were at least 1.5 hours late . After move furniture was damaged, boxes smashed, took forever to get that move, also few large pieces of furniture were left behind.
For second move (despite promises by owner - I still have texts) they were almost an hour late, then came, look at stuff, then they complained that service elevator is not working - I went together with them to super and only thing was with service elevator that building was putting signs for other people not use while move is in progress - it was fully dedicated for move and fully working, so all was total lie. After that they went to their track which apparently was same 6feet uhaul instead 26 that I paid for and disappeared. Nothing was said to me - I was waiting for an hour , tried to text them, called company, nothing, then contacted hireahelper and they were trying to get in touch with them. At the end they said to hirea helper (not to me) they are not coming back. So they are basically left. And I ended up with all my things packed, nothing was moved. I could not believe that anyone will act like this. This is not a company, it is a scam, no one should use this company ever.

Our moving crew, Miguel Lopez and Kevin, were wonderful. They were respectful, courteous and worked diligently to get the job done. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive within the time window they were expected due to traffic issues, which is par for the course in New York City and the surrounding areas. Because the move was into a co-op with a strict cutoff time of 4 pm, Miguel and Kevin could not complete the job on Tuesday 8/24 and had to come back on Wednesday to finish. So the move ended up costing us in effect almost double what it would have been if the move was completed in one day. We also initially contracted for a 3 person crew but the 3rd person couldn’t make it due to car problems. So of course the job took more time to complete because we had 2 people and we ended up having to pay for extra time.
We would definitely use Sebastian Moving again and certainly would use Miguel and Kevin again as they were prepared for the job, worked hard and were respectful of our property and possessions.

I thought that the movers could have been more prepared and more brisk when loading the truck. They showed up on time but then took 2.5 hours to pack up a 1 bedroom apartment. They did not come equipped with the right type of hand truck to move furniture and therefore had to borrow from the building. They also did not have enough moving blankets for the number of items, so they likely should have asked beforehand for an inventory list.
Furthermore, I had to clarify the destination and it took 3 hours to unload because of the size/location of the service elevator within the building. I don't attribute that to the movers. They asked me to unload a few things from the truck because I was able to use the main elevators in the building.
Then, they had to leave suddenly around 4pm in order to get the truck back on time as they didn't realize the depot closed, so we weren't able to reassemble the furniture.

D’Andre and helper arrived on time and completed the job in 2 hours. They were prepared, worked hard, respectful and I would absolutely use them again.

Helpers showed up 2/1/2 hrs late! They were respectful to property! Sebastiian Movers did compensate me for their tardiness which was appreciated.

They came late.
They had no tools to help for packing.
They took all the stuff downstairs, and they forgot to load two big pieces of furniture which we recently bought for ~$2000. They just left those two big pieces of furniture unloaded in the corner downstairs. They took no responsibility when we called them. We called the company and left them messages. They did not even respond to us.
Very bad customer service. Definitely would NOT used them again.
