The movers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and took great care of my property. I anticipated my furniture might get scratched during the move since they had to navigate narrow stairwells, but everything was in perfect condition upon arrival. I was so please with them. I will absolutely be recommending them and will use them again for future moves!

They called to notify me of them running late. They were very accommodating of my disorder. Which of course kept them longer. They were very courteous. They put no pressure on me to hurry up. Willing to deal with 3 flights of stairs with no problem. Definitely would use/recommend.

Bryan and Rob (from BAMM) called to let me know they were running late due to traffic. I was fine with that, since they communicated. Upon arrival, they were in constant motion. I was moving into an apartment on the second floor, which meant everything had to be carried up a flight of 14 stairs. Neither this physical challenge, nor the hot and humid August weather, slowed them down. I have many wood and glass items that are family heirlooms and these were treated with great care. I had scheduled them for two hours and it ran over by 40 minutes, which was not a problem. Rob and Bryan stayed until the job was done. I would wholeheartedly use this company again.

Pros: Movers were affordable, loaded an entire 16 foot POD, and a couple of bulky items into a truck. I hired for 2 hours but they stayed 4 hours to finish the work, which actually meant working right through lunch time.
Cons: They didn't bring any tools to disassemble furniture which I thought to be odd. It seemed one of them was more skilled than the other, so often times the less skilled mover was standing around rather than moving things or disassembling. Both movers must have been vaping as well since their vape pens were just sitting on our driveway throughout the move - honestly I wouldn't have minded if they were fast/efficient. Instead it really felt like they were moving pretty slow, and not all that efficient. The slow moving caused some delays and confusion on our side because it pushed us back with a few other steps in our day, and on moving day every minute counts.
Overall they did save us some time and money, but honestly next time I think I'd pay a little bit more for someone who is a little more efficient.

First i want to thank Amber for her patience during the needed reschedule of the POD delivery. The B.A.M.M. crew was on time, organized and completed the unloading work in a professional manner. They were also very efficient, done in less than an hour. We will for sure use this service again and recommend to others,

There was damage done to the vinyl floor by the movers. My husband asked them to put down a moving blanket and they said they didn’t need it. I called to report/discuss and never got a return call.
