Stay away!!! This company postponed my move to later in the day and then cut off communication to me from text and email and ultimately failed to show up.

I had them scheduled to arrive at 8am as I needed an early morning unload. At 7:45 am they called me to try and reschedule for 1pm. I had to scramble to find another replacement, delaying the job til 11 am. I realize that things happen, but the company was not big or staffed well enough to find replacement workers for their appt. I can’t say whether or not they are good movers, but if you’re on a tight schedule like I was, then perhaps this isn’t the company for you.

They did a great job. They were on time. They were fast, respectful, loaded the storage cube, used the space and we were able to put a lot into the space.
I would hire them again and recommend the service.

The guys that came were nice and all, but I was not happy with how they packed our 16 foot rental truck. Several heavy items were loaded on our couch and we had a couple of items damaged due to shifting and improper packing of the truck. At one point one of the guys dropped a box and I heard items break. He apologized which was nice, but I would think being a professional he would not have dropped anything.
They worked an extra hour for a total of 3 hours, but when they told me they couldn't load anymore items which included a electronic desk and a small fridge because they ran out of room they were not willing to stay while I figured out how to take the desk apart (take the legs off). I was willing to pay them, but they did not stay. I ended up renting an appliance dolly and loaded the desk myself into the rental truck. I was not happy with their not willing to stay until everything was done. When we got to Vegas the company stayed until THE JOB WAS DONE which ended up being 4 hours, because so much had shifted because of the packing they had to move things carefully to get them out of the rental truck. They also unloaded our personal cars. They will be getting a wonderful review.

I had selected another moving company, but after a previous no-show by a Hire-a-Helper company, I followed up early. They said they "didn't think they were going to do it". Strong Arm Moving: No Show. Around the Clock Moving: WONDERFUL! Shop and Marcus were very professional and polite!!! Highly recommend!

Showed up on time with 4 instead of 3 but told me up front there was NO extra charge.
Carried furniture up to all 3 floors (some of it quite bulky and awkward for narrow stairs and only 1 very small ding (size of a dime and shallow) in a wall. Remarkable considering the size of some of the furniture.
We're very respectful of new carpet and floors and used provided shoe booties or took there shoes off before stepping on the carpet.
Extremely hard working, very friendly. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

For us over at ATC we enjoy the hands on with customers experience. We love to interact and just make a load lighter for the customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a Safety lifting class for a week before being put on a job. We believe to be safe first and to work smarter and not harder.
