The movers were pleasant, but this was an unpleasant experience. They arrived later than they stated. One young man was dressed very unprofessionally. It appeared as though they may have been drinking prior to their arrival. It was, however, a last minute job request on a Sunday. Nonetheless, they or their boss could have declined the job versus giving poor service and accepting full payment. They were not prepared because they did not bring any supplies, such as a basic dolly. My sister and I were moving much faster than they did and had to ask them to pick up their speed throughout the evening. They left several items outside unattended at different intervals. Our truck was only 15 feet and my sister and I unloaded a third of the truck before their arrival. Our goal, which was very reasonable, was to finish unloading with their help. Unfortunately, we had to finish the next morning ourselves because the movers were just that slow and unprepared. Their service was frustrating and a waste of our money.
