Both helpers were very friendly and upbeat. I was called several times with an update as to when they would arrive. They didn't complain about how inconvenient the layout of the apartment complex is even though it was pretty ridiculous and were even considerate of my old dog while moving. I would use them again.

I had a great experience with Phenomenal Home Movers! I made a reservation for loading up my Uhaul for a 2 bedroom apt, I chose based on good reviews and such a competitive price. They were friendly, efficient, and worked fast. They packed all my furniture and boxes safely, it was very space efficient, and they tied everything in place with some extra rope I had on me, and nothing shifted during the drive from the Bay Area to San Diego! They also treated my belongings with care, which I greatly appreciate. I definitely recommend this company :)

Although Phenomenal Movers showed up late, they did a phenomenal job with the move. They were hard working, polite, careful with my belongings and just kept moving until the job was done without a break. I was very impressed and pleased with them.

Positives: their rates were much cheaper than the other movers listed (the others were over $200 for a 2-hr min when I searched) and they did a decent job of loading my stuff onto a truck rental for my one-way move to Oregon. They saved me a lot of labor!
Negative: They worked a little too fast, more care could of been taken. One lamp shade was cracked (not a big deal, inexpensive) and some heavy items were loaded onto lighter items (presumable to keep the lighter items in place) but not necessarily always the best choice.

I was extremely happy with the service I recieved. The helpers showed up as arranged and set to work immediately. I had a 26 foot mving truck full of house hold goods, they unpacked it all & stacked it in my storage unit in the 2 hours I had budgetted. I was highly impressed with their experience and willingness to tackle the task. Thank you, this is a service I will be using again.

As their name states, they were phenomenal. They unloaded my entire 1 bedroom apartment from the rental truck in less than 2 hours, and were extremely courteous, and friendly. I will definitely hire them again when I move.

I had the best movers ever! These men worked so hard and never once complained. I honestly have the heaviest bedroom furniture. They moved it down one flight of stairs and up another flight of stairs without any damage. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
