Mike G. is a hard working guy who really knows what he is doing. His operation is certainly capable of handling most moving needs. I will say that his helper needed constant watching over which was a cause for concern at times. I am still waiting for the receipt that I was promised.

I paid for 3 loaders to load up 2 small trucks. The two loaders who came were great, hardworking and professional. However, the third loader, the woman, literally sat on a chair the entire time and did not lift a finger to help! The only reason that they finished in time was that my husband worked twice as hard, loading. If I had paid for two helpers, I would have been very satisfied. The rest of my family was shocked when I mentioned that I actually paid the woman to sit around a do nothing! Would not hire again.

Imagine planning your move for weeks. Everything boxed up and ready to go. Imagine using Hireahelper.com to find local movers. You choose All Phase Movers, they get back to you quickly to book the job. They reconfirm 48 hrs in advance. Then, on the day of your move, they NO SHOW! You call them at 9:15, at 9:30, at 10:00, and at 10:30, and nobody even answers their cell phones. They never call you back. EVER! That is my experience with All Phase Movers. Like they double booked the time, picked the other job over ours, and did not care at all about our situation, or their commitment to the job. DO NOT USE ALL PHASE MOVERS!!!!!
And whatever Mike Guardino may write below this to try and explain what happened, remember that he NEVER called us ever, and left us to fend for ourselves on moving day. Do not let this happen to you too.

Mike and his partner did an Amazing Job! I was running late and they They were flexible with timing. Unloaded a full length U Haul truck in 2 hours. They were right on time, very professional, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

All Phase movers was great. They carried heavy and challenging items down three floors in 90 plus temperatures.

Terrible. Tried to overcharge me after the price had supposedly already been set. They were unprofessional and only 1 guy did most of the work, even though I had asked for a 3-person crew. Also, I am almost certain that my power tools were stolen by someone in the crew, because I left the place I moved from with them, but they did not show up in my new apartment. They have "mysteriously" disappeared. Would not recommend this company, nor would I recommend Hire A Helper.

The job was suppose to start at 10:30am; at about 10:15am I notified them I was running a few minutes late and the gentleman indicated that he was about to call me because he was running late as well. Approximately an hour later I called to see what was going on because they were not here yet. I was told he was waiting for me to call and let him know I was at the location since I was running a couple mintures late and they were on the way. I informed him I had been at the location with the truck for over an hour waiting. Appoximately another hour later I called to find out what was going on because they still were not here and was told that he had a helper that they could not get ahold of so he had to find a last minute replacement and they were on their way. They showed up at approximatley 1:15 to start the job. Upon arrival I showed them what I was taking and things went quick from that point forward. spent a reasonable amount of time on breaks but went a half an hour over. If they had worked straight through it would not have gone over, or so it would seem. Very considerate movers, just a bit slow.
