We pride ourselves in having the best customer service. 2 man crew are always available and larger crews can be available with advance notice. The services we provide are pack/unpack, load/unload, and piano services. R&R has been operating since 2017. The combined years of experience on our average 2 men crew is anywhere between 15-26. I called this company and confirmed twice during the week, then the day before the move they called to confirm with me; then the day of the move they didn't show :( I called them several times and only once they answered said "I'll call you right back" and never did nor did they answer my calls after that leaving us stranded with a moving truck full and NO help to unload it. I STRONGLY recommend that IF you want reliable help to NOT consider this company.

These guys were smart , they hustled and they knew how to pack the pod. I had some ideas on how i wanted things packed but they came up with a better arrangement that was much more efficient and allowed us to pack more into the pod than we anticipated - will save us $$. They communicated with us, asked to see what needs to be moved and then told us what they could do. They were were energetic, got right to work and moved some heavy stuff including two powered sofas and a commercial grade treadmill over some uneven ground coming up from our basement to our driveway. They wasted no time and gave us fair work for the scheduled time. They were polite, funny and great to talk to. They were also patient waiting for us to finish up some heavy boxes and add some things that we did not expect to get into the pod. We could not have been happier and we tipped them well. We would definitely use them again and a big thanks!

I would absolutely recommend this home services company! They were very professional, efficient, and always kept me informed. They were fast while still taking good care of my personal effects. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I had them schedule a month in advance but they did not show up. I called hire a helper Who got a hold of the local company and they called me and told me they had a scheduling conflict and blamed the computer system. Yeah, right. They said they had someone in the area that was doing another job that will be done in an hour and a half. Three hours later they finally showed up, five hours late, already tired and worn out from the morning move. I had paid for three hours in advance, but they rushed the job to get done as soon as possible because they wanted to go home. They didn’t take time to pack my pod efficiently leaving many items unloaded that I had to end up taking to a storage shed. After two hours and 15 min they said they were done and called an Uber then sat on the grass waiting and watching while my kids and I tried to finish up loading the pod. I probably could have done better and cheaper hiring two people off the street.

Courtesy call reconfirming arrival times. punctual arrival, well dressed crews ready to tackle there tasks.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all materials necessary for the job that we are not providing. Have clear pathways. Having some type of organization would be highly appreciated.
What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance and local. Ubox and other storage containers. Oversea loading and unloading.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people, hearing their stories, and turning people houses in to homes. Just the satisfaction on the persons face when the move is over and it was an all-around success.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Currently just on the job training. Eventually will be sending them and attending myself to the AMSA training.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
