Unloaders were confirmed. Time agreed to all was set, we thought. MOVERS DID NOT SHOW UP, CALL or anything!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do your self a favor and DO NOT BOOK with them. They will leave you hanging - they did me at least!

They arrived promptly and worked very hard. They didn't ask for a lunch break, even though I would have said OK. On the other hand, they have some rough edges to smooth out. Personal hygiene was an issue.it's important to shower and wear clean clothing if you're going to be walking through somebody's house. Also, one of the helpers used the restroom without permission, which was a problem for the person remaining in the house.

Helpers were courteous, efficient and hard-working. They were careful with goods. Had to reschedule original confirmation was not true confirmation. Recommend calling as well. However, rescheduled appointment was next day and met my timeline. Would hire them again. Hired for four hours they completed in around 3.

Ready to work group did an excellent job! They worked hard and efficiently and completed the job on time. Jeff Bice and his crew earned our appreciation and respect. When our schedule had to be adjusted due to things beyond our control, they happily and willingly adjusted their schedule to complete the job. They were friendly and courteous, and above all, professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. nor would I hesitate to hire them again if the needv arises.
