I really needed these movers. I was moving my daughter from her apartment after graduating college, but I had surgery the prior week and was under strict instructions from my surgeon not to lift over 10 pounds.
The movers did not arrive during their contract window of time. I called several times to confirm their arrival, only to get their voicemail. The one time they did pick up their phone they gave an excuse and said they would be there in 10 minutes, which turned out to be over 30 minutes outside their contract window. I fired them on the spot and my daughter and I loaded the truck ourselves.
Not only will I not use these movers again, but I won't seek out your services, if you won't guarantee the reliability of the companies who you recommend.

The two guys that showed up were not professional movers.. They were slow and unsure of how to pack the truck so much do that we had to break down and call our friends to help us so we could be done in a timely manner. They did not have any of their own equipment ie: blankets or dollies which ended up being an additional 200$. We would have been better off hiring college students!

The owner of the company never came out to do a pre-estimate of the job to determine how many hours were needed for the move. I had an appointment set up for the pre-estimate and the owner never showed (that should have been my first clue). My movers were on time and were very nice. However, they were very young and inexperienced. They took a very long time to get things done. I had them booked for six hours and they only completed 60-70% of the job. I carried approximately 25-30 boxes from my house to the truck in the time it took them to put/arrange three things on the truck. I was not happy with the service and wish I could get my money back. I ended up having to work an additional 5 hours after they left (not including the 6 hours when they were there that I worked) to finish the job. I expected 'monster' movers that really knew more than me. They did not take all the boxes first, but they took the heavy stuff which lead to a lot slower process with filling the truck. Next time, I will move without hiring 'professionals'.

A Superior Moving Company is dishonest. They went against every policy you represent. If I were you, I would get them off your list. They went as far as taking the money out of our account before the job was near complete. Now I have to wait 2 to 4 days for $300 to be refunded to my account. We are down to ten days before our move and need every dime for this move. A Superior Moving Company are crooks, preying on people in stressfull situations.
