We are here to help you at every point in the move. *****Packing - all of our crew members have learned to pack the military way. we make sure if we pack it, that it makes it *****Loading - we have experience loading every size truck from over the road, local, office, and even international crates. we will get all your belongings in and work hard to make it fit. ( be sure you have the correct size truck 16' 24' 26' ) *****Driving - moving trucks are big, but not hard to drive, however if you chose to have us drive we all have experience in 26' trucks *****Unloading - we will take our time unloading what we loaded or even another company, and treat your new place like our own taking precautions with the walls and floors *****Unpacking - packing and unpacking are time consuming for you and for us if you hire us to unpack we will place items unpacked on flat surfaces till they are filled, we will not fill drawers or hang clothes *****Assembly - with moving there is a degree of disassembly for items, what we take apart, we will put back together.

Hmmm...where do I begin? One of the movers apparently had only been in Colorado a month and it was his first day moving furniture. We lived in Monument (over 7000 ft in elevation) but it was a ranch with a basement so not too bad. I was busy packing little stuff while they were moving stuff from the basement so I wasn't paying attention to them. An hour and a half in, not much had been moved to the truck and now he is in my bathroom throwing up from altitude sickness. I asked the other guy, Ron to call and have him replaced. He did, after about 20-30 min we found out the other mover, Rob needed a ride and Ron had to go get him. After being gone 2 hours they finally got back. So at this point my 3 hour move is at 4 hours and NOTHING is really done. My husband did most of the loading of the truck. I hired the help so that my husband wouldn't lift because he needs shoulder surgery. Now it's 3pm and we were hoping to be mostly done and we are barely started (like I said my husband had loaded most of it). They got to the new house around 4:30. It was 7pm by the time the truck was unloaded. They only charged me for one hour over my original 3 hour window instead of 2 hours. The more I thought about it the more it pussed me off. What could have been a 4 hour move with 2 able bodied workers turned in to an 8 hour day. BUT Ron and Rob were two of the hardest workers I've seen and I appreciated that. I will not use or recommend this company again.

switched guys at last minute. did not wrap furniture properly and i have numerous damaged pieces now from the move. put white furniture right on metal uhaul floor. ruined my brand new bed headboard with deep scratches that cant be covered or fixed. major bummer of a move !
