They showed up 2 hours later than their window; which is another story be careful when you request a time slot it’s within an hour of your request so in my mind they were 3 hours late. Although they mentioned that they were running late within that hour window that you don’t know about they encountered things like a flat tire GPS was sending them all over the place you get the picture. When they did show, they only had a sling no Appliance Dolly. I ended up with a gouge in my new home’s hardwood floor! In the end we argued over when they actually showed up and they worked over the 2 hours by 35 minutes we hired them for they wanted to charge an xtra 85 dollars. I will say this they did give me a 5 percent off the move which out 275 was 13 dollars in change he backed off the 85 and I gave them a tip. I really should have looked at them more closely they did for the record have a couple of no shows.

Customer is 100 percent truthful about our team arriving late. We do not use Any type of dollies or hardwood floors, because they tend to leave scuff marks especially with heavier items. Instead we use straps and a Harness thats designed to lift heavy items. The harness and straps are more efficient. Using them nothing never touches the floor. We knew we where running late so we brought an extra person. The customer only booked two helpers. So they got a discount for us being late, 50 minutes of free labor and a extra helper that they didn’t even pay for. We over and beyond to make up for us being late. And our crew DID NOT leave any scratches in this customer floor. Maybe when the customer and her mom was moving the funiture around they scratched the floor.

Half the job was completed and they said they would come back to complete the move in the morning. They didn't show up and when I tried to find out where they were they began harassing me via rude texts to pay for what had been done so far. I was left with a truck full of furniture that I had to find someone to help me with. I accrued another day of truck rental. In the end beware of they tell you they're coming back because they won't.

You booked our services for three hours. It took us six hours to complete the first half of your transition. The crew worked hard during a extremely bad storm. After the job, this customer refused to pay for the extra time. Then wanted us to come back the next day to finish up the second part of their transition. That wasnt going to happen. We still haven't been paid for the extra time we worked. Its been two weeks

I love Nothing is Impossible Express Moving. I had the moving service done pretty late, like 8 PM. These guys came as soon as I gave them a call and did the work. They were very quick and precise. I would definitely use their service again.

These guys are awesome! They were really nice and hard working. They worked in the heat for 3 straight hours without any breaks or pausing. They did a great job getting the truck packed up and managing to fit all of my stuff in spite of the fact that it was really tight. I'd absolutely hire them again if I was in the area and would recommend them to everyone.
