Movemasters did a wonderful job with my move! They arrived when they said they were going to. I had a three-person team of movers. It was a day full of unexpected issues and hoops to jump through. They kept a smile on their faces, had a can-do attitude, and helped problem solve without missing a step. Through it all they even finished 30 minutes early and put together bed frames. I'm so grateful for the work Shamiah did to coordinate it all, and to Jay, Monty, Bernard and Rose for all of their help.

I'm happy to write this review of Move Masters and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing to move. The admin team (I think Big Al and Shamaiah) maintained good communication regarding the date and timing for the teams arrival.
The team themselves (Will, Jake, and I forget the other two guys names) were incredible! Our move day was unfortunately plagued by rain, but these guys worked extremely hard to get two Pods containers unloaded in just under two hours.
Each man was personable, motivated, and overall a pleasure to have working for us. We had one small issue with getting the funds released for the team, but otherwise the process was smooth.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
