I booked them, got a confirmation call, and then the morning of the move I was contacted by hireahelper telling me that Main Strret Movers had canceled the contract. I was not contacted by anyone from Main Street Movers about this cancellation at all. VERY unprofessional! Thankfully the wonderful people at hireahelper found another company for me almost immediately and honored the same price that I had contracted with the other company even though the new company’s rate was $167 more…horrible customer service from Main Street…GREAT service from Hireahelper!
