Cam and Maui did a fantastic job overall. They were super personable and professional, and very fast and efficient with packing space in the truck. This was our first time hiring moving labor helpers and we will certainly be doing this for every move going forward! Also, Anna was on the ball with calling to check in and keep me updating with when they would be arriving, and checking in along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Master Elite Movers arrived right when they said they would and sent an ETA text when they were 30 minutes out. These guys were so kind and courteous, did the job in a timely manner, and with the utmost care! I was so please with them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a helping hand loading or unloading their container!

No issues moving. I had some moving equipment they used that they wouldn’t have had otherwise, but I’m sure they still would’ve got the job done. Easy choice to use them again.

They did a fantastic job transporting our possessions to the PODS facility and loading them into our POD. They also suggested we buy straps to secure our stuff, and that was a life-saver.

EJ, Christian and Tae were extremely personable and professional. This was my first time moving by myself as a single female with no friends/family helping and they made me feel comfortable the entire time. They were extremely fast and knowledgeable when it came to de assembling and assembling my furniture. They took extra care with my breakables and made sure to talk me through any details and decisions they were making when handling my furniture.

The crew that unloaded was phenomenal extremely helpful beyond the expected. The crew that loaded ,I said they were awesome, but they were not. The way they packed my personal belongings was totally unacceptable.. the the entire load. I talked to outside advice,they said every 6 feet should’ve had straps or ropes. I was never asked for either. An antique vintage Coca-Cola 6 foot sign was bent in half furniture damage right and left boxes, crushed in appropriate stacking putting light boxes on the bottom. Heavy on the top just throwing things in. I’m just beside myself we definitely have to file the claim. The rating reflects the first crew that loaded Extremely unsatisfied customer Mona Kate Savage

They were affordable, arrived right on time and worked incredibly hard and efficiently. They wrapped every piece of furniture and treated it as if it was their own. We've opened almost every box and nothing was broken. I cannot thank them enough for the care they showed my items. Thank you!

I used Liberty Moving to load a few items from a storage unit into a Pods container for a long distance move. This was made more complicated by the fact that I live across the country from where the furniture was being loaded. After I made the reservation and once Liberty Moving got in touch, they were very responsive, and showed up at the right day and time to load the furniture. There was a mixup about the total number of movers requested, but they and Hire a Helper quickly rectified that and adjusted what I had paid. The furniture got loaded on schedule so that Pods could pick up the container, and I was very pleased with my experience with them. I would definitely recommend them for loading or moving services.

I was very happy with the big move we had. They were very careful and respectful!! I highly recommend if you need movers and that do a great job and great prices look no further.

The guys did a great job on unloading my U-Haul. They were flexible when I was running late coming from out of town. And they had a great attitude during the whole move, even on an extremely hot Atlanta day! Would use them again!

This company did a fantastic job of uploading our 16' POD and 16' Penske truck each about 3/4 loaded. Due to unusual circumstances there was a delay in starting but Eric showed up along with an additional crew member and they knocked it out in less than 2 hours! Eric and his guys Ryan, DJ and Lucas were fast, professional and courteous the while time. They even had a rain shower during the job but keptm moving. Fantastic job, thanks Guys!

AMAZING service, both from administration and day of.

Marcus called to confirm the move a couple of days out..which I was happy about. On moving day Marcus called to confirm. They were on time and so polite, it felt like family was moving me. Marcus put me at total ease and they got to work! They moved all my assigned items and help me with some other items as well. Marcus is truly "A Master Packer" & he packed my POD to perfection!!
