We are an awesome professional moving provider. We have 2 convenient office locations we operate from, Richardson & North Richland Hills. We have wonderful fully trained team members. We own 5 fully equipped moving trucks. We also simply provide loading, unloading, packing, and long distance moving! We disassemble and reassemble furniture. We have 20+ moving professionals on our team. All our guys are always uniformed, timely, respectful, and carry their own tools for household moves. We are also fully insured! We have been professionally moving since 2012 and the owner for 15+ years. We lead from the front and we work on referrals. We pack and move high end homes regularly. Quick and efficient! They called 15 minutes beforehand and made good time with everything. They had a great attitude and were able to make jokes even with the heat of the day. They helped carry things down to the dumpster that I was unable to move by myself and we’re a big help! Highly recommend!

The two guys that showed up arrived on time, were great and worked very hard. Can't say anything bad about them at all. Only issue I had was I requested a 26' truck and they came with a 17' truck which took longer for the job by at least 2hours. They reimbursed me 1 hour and I was ok with that. They should call the day before to confirm or update of any changes to agreed upon contract such as the truck size. That was a small issue that was dealt with, all in all great company and I would go with them again!!

I specifically marked both the original location and the destination are all two floors, and I have no heavy furniture indicated by Hire a Helper. End up asking for extra for moving stuff to the 2nd floor plus 20% to 25% Tips, which I actually paid them! However guess what, two weeks later, they send me additional bill for $170 more for over time which I already paid for!!?? This is ridiculous, I don't really want to write bad review, but I have to for this Mover! After spoke with Hire a Helper, they agree no more charges and to refund $106 but end up saying that they will not refund but provide a credit of $50 from hire a helper! WTF!

I don't know what's going on here but it sounds like a qualm over $106.
I apologize which I think I did 2-3 times already, but I can simple send you $106. If the move went well and the guys were professional, then this is simply a 2 star review over $106. That's a very easy fix. I'll get that handled and we can get this up to 5 stars sir. Thanks for the feedback

Both employees were great! A few things got scratched but overall I'm happy with them. I wish they would have called prior to confirm what I had and ask questions...Turns out the truck was too small and now I have to rent a uhaul to move the rest. Definitely do your homework and over estimate than underestimate.

We typically can have them mended if we are made aware, they always call ahead of their arrival so maybe the phone call was missed or the number was wrong. I also send a booking Confirmation upon booking which I did that explains the moving process and provides helpful tips on packing and to have the move be the most efficient. I'm also available for questions 24/7. Thank you for the review, we apologize that you experience was less than perfect Heather. Thank you for the work

Both the guys were careful with our belongs, wrapped delicate pieces and handled with care. They were very polite and put in long hours to get our move done. They both worked with an upbeat attitude and seemed to enjoy their jobs' I hope we don't need to make another move in near future but if we did Stonebriar Moving would be our choice

Tyler got us booked immediately. Paul and Arsenial were incredible and had our 1200 square foot apartment moved into the truck in 75 minutes! Highly recommend these guys. Very professional and extremely efficient.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will get a detailed booking confirmation either texted to you or emailed. Booking confirmations have lots of helpful tips on packing and ways to be as prepared as possible to ensure a smooth move come moving day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call from the driver 30 min or more prior to their arrival. Clean professional movers and truck fully equipped and ready to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

They should pack all their boxes neatly and stack them neatly in 1 central area. They should do as much prep work as possible as far as taking beds apart, have all pictures and mirrors off the wall and staged somewhere central or wrapped already. Have a clean and neat area as best as possible.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done all of the above when it comes to professional moving. We have packed and moved large homes and offices both locally and nationwide. We have moved warehouses, medical clinics, doctors offices, law firms, dentist offices, condos, apts and small jobs including loading and unloading of pods and trucks for clients.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

I get to work close with many clients from all different walks of life and work at different job sites everyday. I get to work side by side doing heavy lifting that builds you both physically and mentally.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All our guys are interviewed several times before being hired and I personally trained and worked alongside all my lead guys for years before putting them into the field. I trained the lead guys on how to build-up and properly train new guys in customer service and proper techniques of moving.

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.

Furniture dolly or straps:
All our crew member are uniformed and equipped with tools and dollies, (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
All of our movers are equipped with tools for household moves, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
All of our movers are equipped with 2 wheel and 4 wheel dollies, (always included, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
We will always have Shrinkwrap to protect items, ($30.00/ea.)
Rope:
All of our crew members will have proper rope for tying off furniture., ($10.00/ea.)
