Chet and Cody were great, as usual (we've had them twice now)..... the third young man that came with them was a complete waste of money. I'm sorry to leave anything negative, but having movers is expensive and if we were willing to pay such money for three movers, they should have been quality workers. I'm not sure the young man could read unfortunately and had to ask directions to the basement multiple times. He brought the wrong boxes to wrong areas. I was really disappointed in the third guy... thankfully the other two were trained and ready to work.
They were on time and were respectful the whole time.

Movers showed up on time, but I had stressed with I booked them that I had several heavy items to be moved down the stairs of our two story home. I would have expected some younger and stronger men to show up, but that is not what I got.
They emptied the house and loaded the truck in a reasonable time, although I had 90% of the boxes already loaded in the truck.
I ended up having to hire them for an extra hour and they ended up damaging the drywall down the stair case and badly damaged the top wood stair and failed to tell me any of this. I had already wrapped the wood banister in blankets before they got there...thank goodness.
We called the moving company about the damage after they left. We were asked to send photos of the damage, which we did twice, but have not heard back from them and it's been a week now.
The guys did work hard, but I expect them to have enough experience not to damage my house or furniture in the process.
If you are not real picky about getting your stuff moved, then they can do the job, but other than that, I would recommend hiring a more reputable moving company.
To make it even worse, I gave the guys a tip and they were on their way before we noticed the damage to the house.

This is the second time we have used All The Right Moves. They are great. They called when they were on their way, arrived on time, worked hard, and were friendly and polite. They even brought furniture moving pads to make sure they did not damage our floors. We would definately use them again and we will recommend them to family & friends.

Moving is a stressful time and All The Right Moves helped to ease some of that stress for me. I'm a single woman, transitioning from one home to another, but I have to complete some home repairs on the second home before I move in, so my stuff had to go into storage. I had some scheduling issues because my Pods couldn't be delivered as planned and my work schedule changed. I had to reschedule with ATRM. No problem at all, they just set me up for a different date. Chet and Paul arrived right on time and they packed my entire house into just one Pod in about two hours instead of the three and a half I had planned for. They were polite and kind and even saved me a great deal of money when I sent that second Pod back, unused. I will request Chet and Paul again when I am ready to unpack the Pods when the time comes. With all the packing, painting, cleaning, working and life, it was nice to have something go so smoothly for a change!

The name of our movers from All The Right Moves were Chet and Chris. They arrived on time, they were polite and friendly. They made my packing much easier and they offered good suggestions that made the move less stressful. They worked fast, efficiently and nothing was broken, scartched, or smashed. I would reccommend this company again and especially these two workers. I had really heavy furniture and they moved it with ease and without personal injury to themselves. It was snowy and cold but they got it done and within the 2 hour time frame. Yes again I would reccommend this company. Mrs L M Johnson

The two helpers from all the right moves arrived 1.5 hrs late. Upon arrival both gentlemen reaked of cigarette smoke. The hose had to be aired out after they left. They were not prepared even though I requested a hand truck and dolly. They sated that they say that I requested those items after they left to come to the job. While Moving my couch they dropped it and dented my hardwood floor. Still have not heard from their management team about that. It appears they just threw two guys at the job and did not have qualified people to do the job properly. A lot of wasted time due to not having the right tools and not knowing how to properly pack a pod.
I will definitely not refer nor use their services again.

This is the second time I used them. They work really fast and don't mess around. I hired them for two hours and they actually finished in one hour. Fast, careful and very friendly.
