Sorry I'm late submitting this review. These 2 guys were great - very careful, one low furniture dolly/cart & one appliance dolly got everything to 3rd floor in about 2 hours. They put things in the correct rooms for me, then I unpacked all boxes and did re-assembly/placement of furniture. Thanks!

I had both Jeremy and Joseph for my move. I had a 1 bed 1 bath apartment that had the furniture for a 2 bed and they did an amazing job. They immediately got right to work after asking me a few questions about preferences of packing the truck. They even helped us move a couple of things that we didn’t end up taking and never complained and never changed in attitude throughout the entire process. They were both extremely professional, nice, and respectful. Thanks again guys!!!

Wow the guys at Soprano Moving Co. are professional. I was nervous about the move because the other guys' movers I've had in the past were inexperienced. Jeremy and Salvador were quick but most importantly they loaded my stuff in a neat and efficient manner. I would certainly recommend them to anybody who wants their stuff moved with care!

They were communicative with me before the move by text, confirming the appointment and timing multiple times. They arrived right in the middle of the time window I booked, came prepared with useful furniture dollys and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They were efficient brining in multiple boxes at once and trading off bringing things in and staging them. Followed our directions well, handled items with extreme care, and were friendly and talkative while doing so. Would definitely call these guys again for my next move in the DC area.

They arrived an hour late due to not finding my place despite giving the instructions on finding my home to an assistant, which they did not communicate to the movers.
They did not complete assembling the bed, which I have requested in writing.
They did a decent job with moving my stuff around, which I have no complaints about.

Prepared and ready to go, they helped us unpack our moving truck into our two story home. They handled all of our (very) heavy furniture with care and were accommodating getting things where we wanted them in the home. Jermey maintained clear communication from when we booked online to their arrival and then through to completing the job.

Top notch help from Soprano unloading our moving truck. Both guys, Richard and Justin, were skilled, steady, able to take precise directions--and also make good suggestions. They had the excellent idea to take our front door off to get a box spring upstairs. This also turned out to be the best thing for the rest of the stuff, and they reattached the door with no difficulty at the end of the unloading. A few items wouldn't fit in the space and they helped me tie them securely in the truck; no problems later when I drove it to a storage unit. Strong effort for the entire time of the hire: no standing around, just real work end to end. It was mid-90s or worse but they stayed focused, didn't get sloppy. Probably the best help I have hired anywhere; five stars, no question.
