A call to discuss the details of your upcoming move, as well as some helpful tips to help you prepare prior to our arrival
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up in uniform, ready to work. We come with the equipment needed to move your items around. We go over paperwork and do a walk through to get a idea of the layout. Then we get to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For a smooth productive moving day we reccomend: Finish packing before moving day( If you didn't get Full service) Label the boxes with their intended destination. Always tell the movers or label the box clearly if something is fragile. Make sure they have easy, hassle-free access. Don’t pack heavy items in large boxes. Empty your drawers, armoires, and desks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a wide range of moves including local, long distance moves, offices/ commercial moves and government/military moves. We have been to 44 states during our time doing long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have 2 favorite parts when it comes to moving. The 1st favorite is the providing solutions to someone during stressful and chaotic times. Secondly is the challenge of loading items, and the game of tetris that comes with it.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers on proper lifting techniques, proper loading techniques, and the many ways to protect furniture as well as protecting the floors, walls, and doorways of the house.
