There were serious issues with my move. First, he had inexperienced helpers and I know, I am a director of a large retirement community and I see many moving companies and I have never seen a “lead” mover bark commands to his crew as he did. It wasted time on my dime. Second, the lead”owner” was not customer oriented in the least. He barked out commands to me and my family and followed it by, if it’s ok with you. We are old and hired what we thought were a professional company because we are not able to do a move that we needed because of our physical condition. I was afraid to say no it’s not ok how you are handling our move and his inexperienced crew because we were afraid he would say ok, good luck on your own because his attitude conveyed that impression. There was an incident that caused a significant delay in our time frame. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by continuing and completing the job and charging me extra time and money. He put me and my family through hell and he had the nerve not to make up for what he put me and my family through without trying to make me feel like he was doing us a favor. He kept saying he has doing this for 30 years. Maybe so, but he turned what was supposed to be a new start in our new home a nightmare during the moving experience. He repeated said am who I am and I’m not going to change. Me and my family suffered the consequences of this. And also, he was not legally supposed to drive our moving truck and we did not find out until after the fact. Do you really want to hire a company to do your move with someone who is not up front with you, make you feel he is doing you a favor when you are hiring him. Awesome Movers are not what they present. Hire a helper should screen their contractors better. Shame on them for charging me and putting me and my for this contractor work through his personal legal issues. Hire a reputable company through anyone but Hire a helper

All I can say is absolutely amazing! The communication was great, they were on time and they went above and beyond to make sure i got what I needed. I’ve used movers several times but Roger and Bryce are by far the best I’ve had!

Can't say enough good things about Roger and his crew. Kept in contact with me from the get go. Arrived on time, crew worked their hearts out. And my ABF Trailer was packed expertly. I truly wish they were unpacking my freight trailer as well. Highly professional and hard working, don't think twice, hire Awesome Movers!!

Had to change the day that he helped me complete my move from Saturday to Sunday because he overbooked. Promised me that he would bring an extra helper and a 10% discount because of the date change and because he made the mistake. Showed up late by 45 minutes to the move on Sunday. No extra help and did not get me my 10% discount. Called him a few days later to remind him about the discount - said he would take care of it might take a few days to get the refund back. Still waiting. Worked hard during the time that he was there. Just did not deliver on what he promised. Felt like my good nature was being taken advantage of. I do not normally write reviews either good or bad but compelled to write this one. Just trying to write what is fair.

Awesome Movers lived up to their name. They arrived on time and began work immediately. They carefully packed our household goods into an ABF trailer. They were efficient and packed the trailer high and tight. All of the men were pleasant and easy to work with. Roger and his crew did a great job.
