Very fast and generally courteous. One of the movers was a little forward about payment. I guess maybe previous clients tried not to pay, but he sort of loomed over me until I made the call to release payment. I felt slightly threatened, honestly. He wasn't rude or threatening in an overt way; but he was, let's say, overly assertive about it. This would make me hesitate with Hire a Helper in the future.
