Casey showed up a little early, went right to work, took extra care with the furniture and was resourceful in finding the right tools to dismantle my partner desk. Extra bonus, his wife came with him and helped with dusting parts of the desk that hadn't seen light in 5 years. Overall, excellent experience! Recommend Casey and Short Moving & Storage and will use his services if I need help in the future.

at 9 pm on the previous evening, they called me and told me that they were not going to make it. I protested and they were to call me back - but they didnt call back nor did they pick my call when I tried reaching them 30-45 minutes later.

I was told it was an emergency - do want to give them the benfit of doubt but that still does not discount from the fact that they did not call me back nor did they take my call when I tried to reach them

Overall, for whatever be the reason, I had to do the work myself - and would not use their services ever again

I'm sorry my father had a heart attack, but my dad is more important to me than any move job. I did call you and you were very rude about the situation, i even offered to do the job the next day, but you said if you don't do it today than your not doing it at all. Sorry that i cant predict when people are going to have massive heart attacks. It was worth more to me to be there for my father, then it was to do a move job. If people cant respect that then what can they respect!!

Outstanding service! They showed up on time and ready to work, and with our entire house full of heavy stuff they didn't even bump a single doorway. I will definitely use them for any future moves.

These guys were right on time and worked extremely hard from the get go all the way till the end. My Wife and I felt bad they were beat tired by the end. Worth there weight in Gold.

Hard working guys who didn't balk at the 95 degree heat in which we had to move; a little inexperienced, so we worked with them.

Just for the record why would you tell us we did a hell of a job, and give us a 100 dollar tip if we were inexperienced movers that makes no sense to me. II had utilized the service to move from Louisville to Cincinnati. Both my friends and my stuff needed to b moved after being picked up from 2 different places and then needed to be dropped at 2 different locations. Kasey and his associates were truly astounding in providing with the service. They were professional and courteous. They, in fact, were quite helpful even in packing things which probabely were not very compactly packed. They managed to arrange the stuff in the truck very compactly and we were quite happy the way it was done. After we reached our destination, we did not find any damage of significance. I would recommend ' short moving' to anyone who needs to hire help for moving. In fact, after my short stint here in Cincinnati for a yr, when I need to move next yr, I will be ready to hire them again.
