They had great communication and were willing to work with the elevator issue that arose at the complex. I tipped them due to their willingness to accommodate. I did however remove stars because when I unloaded the items, it was clear that they broke items and did not inform me. I know accidents happen, however, one man loading the heavy items in the truck lead to a lot of damaged items and a broken dresser I will have to replace. I’m really disappointed they were not more transparent as I would’ve understood.

3 man team arrived at 1:15PM & finished at 2:15PM. They handled the job. I had near an hour left & asked them load a small closet of belongings. They also kept asking: is that it too often. I felt rushed. The customer decides when the job is over.

I requested same day movers within 3 hours my request was resourced. The movers were on time and very prompt with services. No damages and was attentive to every item moved. Thank you so much for filling this last minute change. I would defiantly recommend to others for future use.
