This business is awesome! I would highly recommend these helpers to anyone in need of having their personal belongings packed to fit into a relo-cube provided by U-pack. They were due to be here at 9am and were here right on time. I told Steve (business owner) I had three cubes and would like to try and fit everything into two to save myself $400 from having to use the third one. He and his partner tried like crazy to get it all into two cubes, but toward the end of the job, realized this would be impossible. Not their fault, I just had too much stuff, and awkward sized stuff. Steve was very professional and worked hard the entire time he was here. I didn't even see him stop to take a drink of anything and it was 106 degrees that day. Very hard working guy and this business will go far, as far as I'm concerned. He even told me that he would come back Monday to haul the sofa bed down to the dumpster that was left here for me to sleep on until move date on Tuesday for no charge. That was really special, and shows this business truly cares about the customer which is rare these days! Outstanding, highly recommended!!

I was scheduled for Saturday @ 9am. The movers (Steve and Isaac ) showed up right on time! Both of them were so very professional and courteous. I am amazed at what they did in the two hours they were at my home. I chose this company because of the 5 start rating I saw online and I think they should have more than 5 stars!!!! Moving is never fun, but they did make this process easier for me. I'm very glad I chose Bassett and Son's and will definitely use them in the future if I ever have to move!!! Thanks guys!!!

We were very please with the two young men that helped us unload our household goods. They were polite, hard working and handled our things with care.

Steve and Ronnie really did a great job for us, they were on time and very courteous.. The work these 2 guys do is amazing and i would hire them again without a doubt!!!

Steve and Ronnie really know how to pack a truck! Our household items were loaded quickly and carefully. Both guys were understanding when we told them we were behind in getting ready for them. They worked around us as we put our things in crates. Steve and Ronnie also agreed to come back later in the day to help again because we had more to load than we expected. They knew we were on a tight schedule with the rental truck, so they put aside their own plans to make sure we would be able to leave on time. We had several movers from which to choose, and we certainly made the best choice. We would hire these nice guys again in a heartbeat!
