An absolute disaster. They called a half-hour before they were scheduled to show up and cancelled!
The appointment was made several weeks ahead of time, and it was confirmed both through Hire-A-Helper AND directly with Pat's...yet Pat's cancelled on us at the very last minute.
I would NEVER call this company for help again, and I strongly advise others to avoid using them.

Didn't show up. Didn't respond to several calls from me or HireAHelper. I can understand if there was an emergency but I should have been notified.
I was floored by this as Pat's had communicated well throughout the process and even called and left me a message to confirm 24 hours in advance. Show up late or cancel in advance if you have to, but don't just never show up or call to explain, much less apologize.
This was a very basic unload-only job. My brother and aunt and uncle ended up helping me get it done but they are not professionals and have health conditions that make moving a 16' truck's worth of stuff not the best idea. That's why I hired professionals. Or so I thought. I am disappointed with Pat's and don't understand how they're in business if this is how they go about it. They only got a star because I had to give them one.

Arrived on time, and got right to work. Excellent job in all regards. I fully expected to finish the unloading of lighter items myself, but the 2workers kept going until everything was finished. They even assembled a queen size bed. Nice work!

These guys are fantastic. Arrived on time, maintained communication, moved and organized very well. We presented them one of their biggest challenges they have had - moving an over 600 lb electronic church organ console up a flight of stairs with a right angle turn. First attempt with two men was appropriately abandoned because of concern for the piece, the walls, and injury, They left, did some research including calling the organ company, and returned with reinforcements and additional equipment and got the job done two days later well before our move deadline. They work hard and care.

Pat's Mighty Movers were excellent. They actually accommodated an earlier time requested by us because we were ahead of scheduling in our packing. They were very professional and extremely hard working. All of our furniture was handled appropriately and with special care. Their advice on how to pack the truck was an added bonus. I would definitely call Pat's Mighty Movers first next time I need help and recommend they to all.

Nate and Rob arrived a few minutes late, but had notified us well in advanced that they were delayed, so that wasn't a problem. They arrived prepared, worked non-stop, were obviously experienced movers, and took real care with our belongings. We would definitely use them again. Nate was especially good at packing our things into he small truck we rented so that nothing shifted during the drive and nothing was damaged, even some large plants.
