One guy didn't show and the other was not a good worker, he was standing around most of the time instead of doing his job unloading the boxes he was hired for.
Horrible experience.
The two women were not happy with the owner of the company making them working in the conditions they said they were unfit and too short to reach or too old for this ****.
The one guy didn't show up they refused to let me have another set of movers out there. I will not provide services for them in the future. Never have a woman lift heavy items while a man sits around and waits on them.
I hope the owner showed up he set a bad example of a local business.

These guys did a great job! They showed up on time and were very helpful unloading our 26’ truck! We were able to get it done within the two hour timeframe. The only reason that I didn’t give them 5 Stars was that they dropped my desk and broke it. Then when I asked the lead mover what we need to do about that, he starting getting defensive and arguing with me! He said that the reason that the desk broke wasn’t because his partner dropped it from 5’ onto the concrete driveway, but because we packed the truck too full. His partner was agreeing with me that he broke it. After that when the lead mover drove away, he said that he only made $85 on this move and it was a waste of his time! He then decided to call me a scammer on his review. We have moved without help many times before and I thought it would be helpful to hire a couple of guys. It was, but the lack of character in taking responsibility for their actions in damaging my desk is ridiculous! The help was great, but I can’t give someone like this the 3 stars that I originally did now. I won’t use this company again. Just hope they don’t break something of yours because they’ll blame it on you!
I notice when I pulled up Nick was in the back of the 26ft truck unloading and the kids were helping the father he stated this was his daughters form of pushinment from her using her tablet. There were a total of 5 of them working together the truck was completely full with everything throw inside the truck just stacked and placed in every spot I took photos of the truck . The wife was walking around complainig her stuff was scratched from the previous movers in Seattle. I thought to myself sounds like she looking for an insurance scam to pin on someone so I just kept working with my partner . The things were all used like garage furniture into a new $300.000.00 house which they clearly can't afford . Make sure the movers don't just throw your items in the truck because they are in a hurry or you can't afford an additional hour to complete your move .
So I hope they found the sandwich I left behind after getting up set my worker said I knew that guy was going to be a problem . So why did we hurry to help them . We should have taken our time working. But he refused to add a 3 hour so we finished with allowed time.
What upset me is he waited til the very end to mention the broken item as if he were going to sue the company for a busted up desk that did fall and break so before I got mad I put down the sandwich as my tip for hard work done in exchange for a nothing.
I got $40 for 2 hrs of work and so did my worker. We don't care about the the reviews anymore we know how good we are and what we do...

Hard workers! Did not waste time unloading the truck. Worked very well together. I will call them again if I need help. They did a great job!

Set up of services was super easy. We were contacted by the local person coordinating our helpers. The day of, he arrived on time but brought a female helper. This was an issue because we had about 10 heavy items going up a flight of stairs. After about 20 min of watching them try to move a king mattress up the stairs and after causeing damage to a wall i called the coordinator and made him aware. He claimed he had no idea it was not 2 guys and apologized. But he asked if we had anyone available to help them! We hired them to move because we could not ourselves! He ended up getting another crew to our home close to an hour later. This crew had us moved un 24 min king matress and all. I had to contact the Hire A Helper customer service to request a credit which they did. We will may use them again but next time I will stress the need for strong help. This move was very stressful and this incident did not help. Just glad it was finally handled.
Most items exceding over 300 lbs require 3 men to carry them upstairs without damage . Saving a buck means your items are not being moved proper in most cases the customer wants me to shove all the item in a small truck without the right man power to complete the job.
We refuse to provide any further services at this time thank you for the review we strive for a 5 star but for the amount paid for the job we are also happy this headache is over.
We no longer provide the $89 offer .

Great movers. They were on time, very strong, and incredibly helpful. They were able to move ALL of our furniture and heavy boxes up two flights of stairs within the allotted time of 2 hours or less. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
