We DO move exercise/gym equipment. We also can move: firewood, stones, trash, donations, most machinery, tools, cars and motorcycles. Insurance: We include basic moving insurance for no extra charge. Our free included insurance covers $0.60/lb for a broken item. Additional moving insurance can be purchased from a third party moving insurance company. If the customer requests, we can refer the customer to a moving insurance company. Our moving company is very careful with our customer's items and there is a low risk of damaged goods. However, we recommend added insurance if you have an item that is both fragile and very valuable. Most of our customers do not purchase added insurance. References are available on request. We guarantee we will show up within 1 hour of the agreed moving start time or else we will give a 10% discount. Our project supervisor will keep in contact with the customer regarding schedule, especially the day BEFORE and the day OF the move. Down Payment: A down payment of 50% is usually required. Forms of payment accepted are: Credit card or debit card with major credit-card logo, Paypal©, Check [if allowed to clear at least 48 hours before moving start time], Money Order, and Cash. We provide a company invoice in person or via email or postal mail. Cancelations: If a customer needs to cancel for the moving day, but has already made a down payment, we will refund the whole down payment minus a $25 cancellation fee. There is NO fee to reschedule, but rescheduling is subject to our scheduling availability. Weather: Weather conditions usually DO NOT affect our schedule. Please stay in contact with your project supervisor by calling the phone number on this page or a phone number given to you before your move. Tips: Tips are not required but are very appreciated. Business Hours: We normally answer the telephone during business hours. We DO NOT use answering services with computerized answering systems. We offer live persons to speak with about your move. For our reserved customers, we can speak with you beyond business hours if necessary. When we work, we will work at any hour to complete the job for our customers.
