I would have rated them higher even after showing up 4 hours late. They immediately got to work and did a fine job. However, later that night I received a threatening text from one of the movers demanding payment, calling the cops, and saying they'll "see me tomorrow". I made the payment before they left and have the confirmation email to prove it. I demand an apology and a full refund. I tipped them each $20 cash too. I am shocked and disturbed as I have young children in my home and concerned I may have angry young men coming to my home. I have a screen shot of the text and will forward to anyone it takes to ensure I am compensated for the service.

USA Patriot Pro Movers Company is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Moving from your Home, Apartment or Business can be a very stressing task especially when you are thinking on how you are going to move all you House things or your Business Equipments to your New place. What do you do?. You probably will turn to search for Moving labor helpers. That was what happen to me. I found (Hire A Helper Company ) and booked for ( USA Patriot Pro Movers ) Mr. Jash Holt and Mr. Diante came right on time. I bought Pizza from Pizza Hut for them to eat before we stand the moving. They told me thanks but lets start the Loading and Unloading then they will eat the Pizza later. They started the Loading and they were working like Car flying on the I-95 Free-Way. No stop sign or Traffic lights. Before l knew, they were done that fast to Load and my Apartment belongs to the Truck. We left to my New Place and again they were pumped up and ready to unload. The Guys were super careful with all my delicate stuffs. From Loading and Unloading none of my Stuffs was damage. I was the most happiest Man in this Whole White World. To anybody looking for Movers Helpers, I Ephraim will recommend 150% this Company to anyone that will be moving in the near future. I have saved this Company's Email and phone number to call them in the future when l need moving labor Helpers. I will also pass this Company email and phone number to all my Friends , Co-Workers and anyone that is looking for moving labor Helpers. The Name of the Company says it all USA Patriot Pro Movers. That is, Patriotism to their fellow Citizens.

I first used Patriot Movers by chance as the original movers did not show up. Hire a Helper was able to source USA Patriot Movers who came out on very short notice. They were polite, professional, friendly and good at what they did. They bring a smile and enthusiasm to the job and handled our things in a way that made my family feel that we could trust how they packed the 2 pods. This second time was no different. The best part was the way they solved problems in getting large or awkward items into difficult places. 5 stars hands down. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone.

The movers were over 1 hour late. Once arrived, it was obvious that they were exhausted by the day's previous jobs and frankly, unmotivated.
I clearly stated that when moving items from the basement to the first floor to not drag anything across the hardwood floors. They proceeded to drag a chest top freezer across the floor clearly damaging the floor.
My only high dollar item was damaged beyond repair. My television suffered a damaged screen to which I have had to file a claim.
Their packing of my storage unit was lazy and unorganized. I had a 10x10 storage unit that should provide more than enough space and then some but with the way they loaded it, it is a complete mess that will require me to go back and repack.

There was damage done to my wood furniture, metal beds and a box that was clearly marked fragile and do not crush. Metal beds wer packed against wooden furniture with no pads causing rub marks.Metal beds were packed metal against metal causing rub marks and paint removal. A heavy box was stacked on a box labeled Fragile do not crush which was crushed.
