What training do you provide your crew members?
Training consists of 6-10 weeks side by side shadowing with a skilled crew member, online costumer service training, online videos instructing crew members how to obtain loading, unloading and clean up expectations. We also warrant a skills test and strength training in order to alleviate any reasons not being able to lift and load.
