They were amazing! Worked fast but careful to not damage our stuff. They did their best to make as much as they can fit in a truck too small and just went above and beyond. They made sure we were safe and taken care of before they left. I highly recommend these guys! Marcus is a sweet guy who really knows what he is doing!

The service was okay until it wasn't. The I was blasted with name calling and profanity because they didn't want to assemble 2 items out of the 3 that I requested because the owner (Richard) wanted to take off after an hour of the 3 that I had booked. It would have only take 30 minutes to assemble both items.

She assumed we was leaving when we was only putting dollies up to get tools assembly was not requested until day of unload and she told us to get off her property either way it go we was going to be done before time she booked and we do not refund un used hours so she was mainly upset about that not about assembling she using that for a complaint when there was nothing to complain about

The guys showed up 1:10 minutes late. One made a little effort, the other barely moved, much less carried anything to the POD. They didn’t know what they were doing, and were very inefficient using the space. I had already packed one POD on my own, and wish I’d have saved the money I paid these guys. Total waste!

We been doing this 5 years the customers assumed we didn’t know what to do & was calling orders so we didn’t move or touch nothing unless he told us to. Simple as that every time we loaded something he said we should do it like this or that. How 1hr late when there is a 1hr arrival window we do have other customers. He act real nice then bash us on the review we look young. This is why we take pictures of every move.

The team showed up when expected, got right to work, and finished quickly.
They even came over to help me park and unhook the trailer without being asked, because they saw I could use the help.
We were very pleased and would be happy to use them again.
