Good workers. Strong and efficient men. They were not on time the first day. The second day they were on time. The time slot is too long e.g. ( between 9 am and 10.00 am). I will hire them again.

Showed up w 3 guys not 4 (I paid for 4). Ended up taking 3 hours (would've been less if they had 4 guys and cost me less!). They scratched my brand new wood floors and made some stretches on wood rails and new walls. My brother left his glasses on one of windows and its gone (its basically an empty house before they came so it was easy to know what I had) and a watch is missing (I took it off in my garage and put it by water heater). The guys seemed cool but the work was bad and I'm missing stuff.....will never hire again.

These guys were really impressive. Showed up a few minutes early to scope out the move, but didn't start charging until they started moving stuff. They were quick and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

The men that were going to help were very nice and answered all of my questions and told me if i needed to change my move time just to let him know. However, when I called to change and possibly cancel they toldme that was not possible and I would be charged the full amount and had to reschedule. I lost $200 and 1/2 a day of driving. Good luck dealing with this bipolar company

Crew arrived on time and in company shirts, watching you can tell they have worked together before. They took care to wrap all furniture. They were cautious as not to damage any items, walls or doorways. They worked straight through with no down time, you got work for every minute they were on the job. Respectful and engaging when speaking with me or my other helpers. Can't thank them enough for all their help. Would recommend to anyone needing loading or unloading help.

They were about 15 minutes late but they called in advance to let me know that. They got right to work and didn't stop until the job was done. They were careful with our things and very polite. I would highly recommend them.

Over and over again, I'd use this group! We hired 4 people for four hours. They always responded when addressed with "Yes ma'am" or "Yes sir." I didn't hear any foul language, and they stayed busy the whole time (no standing around). If they did have to take a quick phone call, the person would politely ask if it was okay for them to take the call and made it super quick. They were very careful with our belongings and did an amazing job packing and unpacking the truck.
We had some complications with our moving truck rental, so we ended up being over an hour late to our appointment, but they were very patient with us, didn't charge us for that time, and were available immediately when we got the truck rental squared away.
I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend them to anybody needing moving services, and will definitely hire them again next time we relocate. The prices were very reasonable too. No surprises.
P.S. We provided Gatorade and drinking water to help keep them hydrated in the heat. Just a nice gesture you might think of doing if you plan to use them. They REALLY appreciated it. :)

If I could give Elijah and his guys 10 stars, that wouldn't be enough!!! They were amazing. I am a very meticulous shopper for values. I read reviews, visit websites, etc. I was very comfortable with my choice to go with InMotion after my research, but my even my research couldn't have prepared me for the level of professionalism and detail these guys demonstrated.
Let's start from the beginning. These gentleman were traveling from Dallas and ran into some traffic. They called me twice during the drive, to let me know they were running late and to assure me that they were en route. Once they arrived, they apologized and went straight to work. I have moved several times before using movers, so I was no rookie. These guys did something I had never had done before. After they had loaded every single room, they called me to the truck and asked me to verify their packing to ensure that they had maximized all the space to my satisfaction. And let me tell you, they were masters at maximizing space. There was not one foot of space that wasn't securely and safely packed with an item. This small attention to customer service was only the tip of the iceberg when it came to professionalism and great customer service. They even asked me when they wanted to take breaks!!!! I instructed them to take a break when they felt the need, and they responded "it's your time, sir, and we want to be mindful of that"!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I had booked them to move a 3 bdrm home into a 5 bdrm home with two levels, and I had booked them for 5 hours. These guys finished the job in 4 hrs and 15 mins. I've unpacked my entire house now, and the ONLY broken item was a shot glass that was unwrapped in my boxes and probably got moved around during packing/unpacking. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Elijah and his crew are the best movers and workers I have had the pleasure of doing business with in all my years of moving. I had planned on giving them $20 each as a tip initially, but they were so good I ended up doubling that for each of them....money well spent!
