What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We have been told countless times now, that we are the best, and most efficient movers they have ever hired. Our communication before and throughout the move is excellent.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When we arrive to help you with your move we know exactly what needs to be done and have the answers to most, if not all of your questions. We are often told by customers how amazing our packing/stacking of the moving truck is.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The most important thing is to have everything cleared off the furniture that we will be moving for you. Also, some customers like to label boxes so we know which rooms to bring them to when we unload. Otherwise, we will have to stop and ask you which room each box goes to. Which leads to having to put the box down and having to look in each box to figure out exactly where it goes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all now. We have done over 50 out of state moves. Customers sometimes rent a rental moving truck but do not want to drive it themselves. So they ask us if they can hire us to do that as well. Most of these out of state jobs are down the East Coast. From Maine to Florida.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love everything about being a mover. But for me, the best part about it is getting to travel to new places, and meeting new people everyday and knowing at the end of the day we just helped this family out and hopefully made their day completely or at least some what stress free. Some customers tell us at the end of the day that it was an enjoyable day, and you wouldn’t think anyone would say that during their moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are well trained movers now. But when I first hired the 3 guys that help with all our moves I would take them on a three man move and show them how to maneuver around corners with furniture and how to pack a moving truck properly and efficiently.
