We can handle the manpower needs of most jobs. We always send a foreman on each job to supervise the crew. All crew members are part of a team and we truly strive to make our customers satisfied. I'm relatively new to this site, how ever I have been on over 2,000 moves. I have the experience needed for any job. I will call you and go over the job after you make a job order.

Charles was super. He arrived 30 minutes before time with a phone call in advance. He was well organized and efficient!

Charles and his crew (I used four movers for six hours) were the best movers that I have ever used. Charles and I spoke several times before the move began to coordinate the day as it was not a typical move and had several stops involved including putting some items into a storage garage. He called to let me know that they were running a few minutes behind to arrive which I really appreciated. I have had too many experiences when there was no contact and you just sit around waiting. After they arrived all of the workers worked very hard with very few breaks. They were extremely careful with my belongings and very respectful of me and my wife's special request. They even crawled over the items in storage to retrieve some glass that we forgot to tell them to leave out! That was not easy. I would highly recommend Charles and Family Movers.

I paid for two people, one person showed up. I was able to help him and the job was completed. My only option was to cancel the job leaving me with a trailer full of furniture. Charlie was good to work with, but I had to do half the work and pay for a ghost. I will find a different mover and service provider next time.
He was terminated that day. This has never happened before, and I'm going to be only hiring mature men for now on. The customer and I got the job done, but I sure wish my helper would have been responsible as I was. I ask future customers to understand this will not ever happen again. Check my other reviews and you will see I'm a responsible guy.

They did a awesome job. I had so much stuff and they were very professional loaders. I was very impressed how they packed our moving truck. Would recommend them anytime.

These guys worked so hard and got all the stuff into my new apartment in a short amount of time. They even carefully removed and then reattached the bannister on the stairs so that they could get the couch up to the second floor. They are reliable, honest, and polite.

Two younger gentlemen showed up 15 minutes before the allotted time to begin the work. They worked an hour longer than asked, worked the entire time and took only one very short break despite a lot of heavy lifting. They did not wear uniforms as advertised, but were polite and did all that was asked. They took care not to damage furniture that was being moved or walls, which showed their experience.

The two boys who came, had my stuff moved out in a good amount of time. But they seriously lacked people skills. They didn't listen well either. They had to repeatedly ask me what needed to go.
They didn't realize that I could hear them when they took things out the door. They seemed to complain about everything and talked about me behind my back. Really unprofessional. I didn't do or say anything unreasonable to them, so I'm not sure why they were being so...teenagerish. lol
I thought Charlie was a great guy though. He runs the company. He was very professional and responded to me quickly and managed to get things together quickly. I was very happy with him.
The two boys never said their names so I have no clue who they were and what to call them.
As far as using them again, I'm not sure I would. I mean I'm leaving the Spokane area anyway so I wouldn't be in a position to use them again anyway.
