The 2 guys were great. I wasn't told until right before the service, that i would not be getting a 3rd guy which was disappointing.
The 2 guys that worked, were amazing. Speedy and went above and beyond to get done in the 2hours. A third guy, however, would've been tremendously helpful.

They called me three times saying it would be after 6:00pm. The last time they called he said he was finishing up the job that’s they were at and then they were on there way. So I waited and waited and the someone called me and said they were not coming. Said there car broke down. This has caused me a tremendous amount of problems. Now I can’t empty the uhaul cause I needed help with the big stuff. Now I have no help and the uhaul was supposed to be back today. This is a **** show. You are refunding my money but that doesn’t help me with everything I need to do. You guys really screwed me. I think you should compensate me for all the trouble you caused. Horrible service.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE PAYING TO MOVE STUFF YOURSELF.
I hate to leave bad reviews but I just want to warn other customers. We hired two men to move our 3 bedroom apartment, one master, one toddler room with a crib and dresser and one playroom. We wanted them to load the truck at the old place and hired them to unload at our new place. Their service was absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They would move one thing and then sit in the truck for ten mins. Literally sitting on my kitchen bench most of the time I paid for them. Then come back and move one more thing. One of them even left to go to the bathroom but was gone for 30 mins and when he got back took another 20 minutes to start loading again. Which all these breaks and them leaving was never taken off the time we paid for. At 2 hours all they had moved was a kitchen table and maybe 30 boxes. At 3 hours they still didn’t have the washer and dryer moved or half of my daughter stuff. Let me remind you It’s only me, my husband and my two year old daughter. When we moved in my apartment the first time I hired a different moving company which got it done in a hour and half, they were already book which is why I picked PR MOVERS. Based off PR MOVERS reviews I thought they were a good pick, I was horribly wrong! I got so frustrated I started moving stuff myself, the job I had hired them for. Once I started moving stuff also it made them actually KINDA start working. At 3 and half hours they had just load the truck so I told them we would just unload it and didn’t need their service anymore. Thank god my husband family was off work. A job that would have took them 3-4 hours I’m sure took my husband and his family a hour ! This was our first house we brought and was so excited to get moved in. Completely ruined by laziness and milking the clock. Pick a different moving service because this is not the help you want.
