Smith Movers & Shakers were on time and got right to work. They even moved my moving truck closer at the start of the move. They were very prepared for the job, totally respectful of my property. Moved and loaded everything into the truck with no issue. I would definitely use them again!

The helper that came out was a bit lazy in helping me move my furniture. After asking him to help with the rest of the boxes in my car, he took his sweet time and seemed more concerned about adjusting my car transport. The work just over an hour but I was charged for 2 hours. I will definitely will be looking for another company.

I requested that they bring a hand-truck and they didn't which led to everything taking longer. It was a cluster muck.

Cannot believe how poorly these people communicate and that they just didn't show. maybe answered two of 15 inquiries as to where they were.. and each time there was an excuse - first crew broke something on their prior assignment and had to stay to resolve it. Second backup crew had car problems but never communicated until I called hire a helper. Very very poor.

Showed up on time but then one of them was one phone and not working for roughly an hour. Then the other guy had something wrong with his eye because of th heat. I mean you work in nc in the summer it's hot. If they had not brought in two more guys in at no charge to me they would not have finished on time. They also don't really know how to load for maximum efficiency. Leaving me to need to rent larger trailer than I originally would have needed. Thus costing me more money. Their fee was high for the level of output they showed.

Dallen and Thomas were on time, hard workers and did my move in 2 hrs, they are a great team, very professional and polite. Definitely would recommend for any move you have in mind.

SCAM/Work not completed but the company released the funds to them before the date the service was to be released. They found a review and posted it to say I was satisfied. I did not authorize payment. Will pursue charges. I would give a zero if possible for zero services. I want my money back for NO service. This is fraud!!

They were courteous and worked very hard. Using them was worth the money. They were very conscientious about how they placed my belongings in the pods in order to maximize space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMITHS MOVERS AND SHAKERS!!!

They were great. Quick, careful, and didn't take breaks. Brought their own equipment which saved the day. They communicated prior to moving and were on time. I would recommend them to anyone.
