Ive been in the moving business on and off for the past nine years with one of my close friends. For now i have just a two man crew until the company gets more business. We offer loading and unloading, packing and unpacking depending on how many hours the customer paid for. We will and do provide tools, straps, and dollies. We do have wonderful communication between the dispatcher customers and our workers. We dont leave our job sites until the the truck is empty or full loaded and the customers are extremely happy. We take pride in our work. We do encourage any and all customers to spread the world to family and friends about company.

By far the WORST SERVICE in history!!! Don’t waste your time booking with them. James is a LIAR and will play you as if they don’t do the issues they have been doing on today! Then they will tell you to cancel through HireAHelper and only work through their moving company to find out they do NO SHOWS and incomplete jobs!!! The pricing is what will get you but they are con artist and don’t trust them to do ANYTHING with your items or move! If they can talk about the company that feeds them their orders, and con them...degrading the company, your items and your move will be nothing to them!!! Still continue to use HireAHelper, just not R&S Move!!!!

James called me about my reservation for a couple of guys to help load just a few large items, couch, a couple of mattress/box springs, futon, a couple of end tables. I paid for 2 hours of service which it wouldn't even had taken them 2 hours. I got a text message about a half hour after they were due to be at the house, saying they were on their way. They were suppose to be at the house between 10-11 am and they never showed up. My girlfriend called three times, left a message but no response from James. We ended up loading everything ourselves which she ended up injuring her wrist. This company shouldn't even be on Hire A Helper list as a selection. HORRIBLE !! They haven't responded to this day. My girlfriend contacted Hire A Helper and requested a full refund.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND-I spoke with James the owner on 8-21-20 to verify they were coming on 8/25/2020. 8/25 comes and the time slot was between 12-1pm. The movers didnt show up or bother to call. I called multiple times only to be sent straight to voicemail. I'm a single mother, that's why I hired movers now I'm out $175 plus because of the moving truck which I'll have to rent again when I find someone else to move me. I WOULD NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND.

I don't even know where to begin. These guys WORK!! Just went through our house and got it done!! I would recommend to everyone! We have had other movers in the past and nobody can hold a candle to the job they did. My wife and I are so happy we chose them to help us get moved. They did everything and were very polite, kind and thoughtful while doing it. Unbelievable job!

I was looking for someone to move my furniture from the garage to the room upstairs. I contacted one company that had 5 stars review and they promised to complete the job next day. We were waiting all day and nobody showed up or notified us of cancellation. Finally we called them and they tolled us that they are very busy and cannot complete the job. I started looking around and found this wonderful website that offered different options. I did not know anything about this company and was slightly skeptical at the beginning. I received the phone call next morning and was pleasantly surprised that my furniture could be moved today!! Two guys arrived as promised two hours later and the job was done in 30 minutes! Thy were very polite and professional. The heavy solid wood furniture was moved upstairs without single scratch! I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend R&S moving company to anybody who needs the job done quickly and safely!
