The two young men arrived close to the time requested. They came prepared with dallies. They worked very hard navigating the ten floors on the elevators. Both young men were polite and respectful and offered to help in any way they could. The container they were loading was double the size I ordered and they also worked hard to secure my many boxes to be sure they would not move around in so much space. I would highly recommend them.

Two young men showed up on time the day they were scheduled to come. They were very friendly, polite and seemed ready for the job. They looked around at what was to be moved and figured there was plenty of room in the 16 ‘ x 8’ Pods for everything. We had 3 folding tables 3’X6’ they loaded 2 of them on their feet and started moving boxes under the tables then on the top. My husband told them he intended to save the tables for last and to use them folded to prevent some item from falling into the doorway and jamming the door. Beside, the way they placed the items left a lot of open space specially under the tables where tight fitting could have been done to prevent wasted room. The helpers said they knew what they were doing and this was the right way. They were about half way done packing the stuff when they realized so much more had to be brought into the pods. After three hours of wasted time and space we told them they could leave. Before going they suggested we rent a U box to load the rest of the items, It is a lot cheaper than the pods they said. My husband and I (both over 80 years of age) started rearranging and moving things around which allowed us to pack a lot more in but we could not move the appliances that were already in the pods including a refrigerator, a range and a washer and dryer. We opted to leave some furniture and stuff behind rather than renting another pods or unit which would have been more costly than what was left to move.
We suggest that the next time you send some helpers out you check that they have the knowledge and the proper training to load a truck or a pods.

I am very pleased with how the packing went. The two young men that were sent on time very polite and courteous. They were fast workers. They did an excellent job of packing the container. When I hired happy moving, I was told to have supplies prepared myself, which I did the young man who came also had some supplies. I have one more container that I will need packed in a few weeks, and I plan on calling them again I highly recommend them. Calix and Altarik the young men who came to help pack my first container, I will be requesting them again.

I have recently used Happy Moving twice because their work is impeccable! There was good communication before and during both jobs which I appreciated. They have proven to be reliable, professional, timely and a company that stands by their work. I especially appreciated that they were careful with my belongings that were packed very poorly by Pack and Load out of Clearwater which was recommended by Pods and a huge mistake. However, Happy Moving made my bad situation better and I genuinely appreciate a job very well done...TWICE. I would highly recommend !
