Unbelievable..absolutely the worst possible service-NO SERVICE. DID NOT show at scheduled time; sent message late that team was on the way...called to find out that they WERE NOT COMING..left with a 20’ truck full of furniture to unload and NO HELP!!! @%&€!!!’

They did arrive late, but called first to make me aware that they were delayed. Their communication pre-move was very good. They were respectful young men, and asked appropriate questions. They worked hard and were also very helpful in helping me get rid of a couple unwanted items. I would have liked it more if they wore their masks the whole time, but it was very hot. I can't say how the packing will hold up as my container is not being moved again until next week.

I will not use Hireahelper again I paid for 4 hours of work but they finished in 2 hours. If I would have keep them longer it would have been more than 4 hours and I couldn’t afford to pay any more. I paid $380 for 4 hours but only used 2 hours and I was told there was no refund.

PR MOVERS were prompt, personable, very careful with my things, and polite through the process. At one point before handling my velvet headboard, they actually stopped to wash their hands! I highly recommend them and I will be using their services in the future.

These guys were awesome...They cared about my items and always asked what I wanted moved next as priority. They had great communication with me and everything was stress free. As a vet I look for integrity in a company when I spend my hard earned money, they displayed it for 3 hrs.
