Overall good communication and arrived in good order to assist with my unload. Assisted with getting all of things into my condo and got done within an hour.

We were in desperate need of help to move from an apt. to a storage facility and hired Kens Helping Hands. They were excellent! Ken and his assistant were on time and moved our furniture efficiently and respectfully. I have no complaints and would hire them again and recommend the to others. I would never use them again. Ken, himself, was on time. But his helper was 1 hour late and stopped to take cigarette breaks. I hired them for 2 hours starting at 9:30am. They left my condo at 1:15pm. The didn't have to load a truck or unload. I was moving from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor. I only needed them to move my big furniture and they didn't finish everything I wanted brought up. They struggled with a lot of my furniture because I have solid wood furniture. There were times I was afraid they were going to fall, drop my furniture or both. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone.

Ken and his helper did a good job. They arrived on time. I had a wardrobe that was big and they brought it down the staircase from the current place and put it upstairs in the new place successfully. He also helped us with driving the truck.

Ken's Helping Hands was wonderful. They arrived on time to help us load our UHaul for an in-town move. They were courteous and respectful, and hard workers. They did an EXCELLENT job packing the truck, and brought along all the necessary tools and aides for moving. I'd definitely recommend them to others looking for help in moving.
