I was told that they could not use their private vehicle to move the things left behind. It was asked times if I was going to Take care of to them, my response was no but I relented an gave them $10.00 each, But I felt pressured and was not pleased that I had to make arrangements to get the things they left behind at the house.

I was told if it only took two hours that is what I would be charged. They would refund extra 246.00 now it says was charge 3 hour min. even on the phone when I called also said we would be charged for the two hours we used not 3 hours.

Reed and T were terrific--they arrived on time--they worked fast and efficiently--very careful with our glass tables and many boxes--great sense of humor both of them. The 16 ft POD was filled in no time. We recommend them to everyone!
