The movers where on time but moved very very slow and extended the time I paid for. They did move my things without damage. They did arrive on time. However, I wouldn't recommend them again.

LATE, LOST AND UNPREPARED!
We provided photos and dimensions of the single piece of furniture that needed to be moved from one room to another (no stairs). They were late for the rescheduled appointment that was missed the day before. The men called three times as they were lost. They came unprepared (with only 1 dolly) to move a large desk that weights 300 lbs. They said they had a special cloth in the truck but didn't so we offered them a cloth to drag our furniture across the floor. The job took 40 mins in all. There is no way I would call on this company again.
Overall a disappointing experience.
The upload could not have open and this customer only order one dolly to move the desk. So therefore we did not come unprepared. The GPS and google could not find this address and Mr. Parkin even admit that his home is very hard to find. We are sorry this was not the experience you were looking for.
But as a very responsible, reliable company. We will always service to the best of our ability.
