Hello; We are a small company that have been doing moving jobs for 4 years now but we have 8 years of experience and are reliable and dependable and have many references. We only ask that you call ahead of time so that we can plan on being there on time, and please also note we do take public transportation and may need you to pick us up if your location is inaccessible. We also have 6-8 other helpers as well so SOMEBODY will show up and we are all just as good

They were on time and did an OK job, but I would hesitate to give them the label (and pay the associated price) of professional movers. Their attitude, appearance, experience and work ethic were not appreciably different from what you would get by having friends help you move, or by paying a couple of homeless dudes or day laborers at a fraction of the cost. For instance, one of the guys took his shirt off a few minutes into the move (it wasn't even all that hot out), and they took a smoke break near the end (after 45-50 minutes). They didn't break anything, but they weren't especially careful with our belongings, either. They discarded the plastic wrap we had over our furniture, and didn't think twice about handling the furniture with their dirty, sweaty hands. They weren't terrible, but I wouldn't use them again unless as a last resort.

Helpers were very supportive providing a great service with courtesy. Helped with all requested tasks during the unload process. Definitively is a service to be recommended. On time, good price. and reliable.

These are hard-working, well-meaning guys. They showed up 15 minutes late, but also stayed about 30 minutes late. Unfortunately, they just weren't good. They ripped my couch trying to get it out the front door (about a foot-long tear that I managed to sew together). That's fine; we could have made that mistake ourselves. Their response to the damage? "Not our problem." Fine. But, that's just what was obvious when we were loading up the truck. When we were unloading, I found the real depth of their inadequacy: they put a hole in the back of my bookcase, scratched up a lamp, and put deep, wide, long scratches on both the coffee table and the dining room table. They also apparently put a corner of my mattress down in a puddle! Seriously, only one thing in the entire truck was wet, and it was a corner of the mattress. We dried it out in the sun and used Febreeze to get rid of the smell, but the stain is still there. There were also countless little scratches everywhere on everything that wasn't boxed, but those are probably just wear and tear.
If I cared more about how my things looked, I would have had to spend several hundred dollars replacing all the damaged goods. Instead, I'll be ingeniously finding ways to cover up all the damage.
So no, I would never use these guys again.

After arriving late, due to some miscommunication, Norman and his guys were really good. They loaded the van we had hired really well and were very professional and courteous.
They also worked extremely hard and were happy to stay well beyond the time we had originally booked them for.
Would definitely use them again.

It was hotter than hot and it poured down rain and the two men who came to haul all the heavy stuff up to the third floor apartment did the work without complaint. They came early and worked the full two hours they were contracted for and worked extremely hard. They treated our old solid wood heavy with the respect furniture like that deserves. They were both friendly and easy to work with. They were overly appreciative for the Gatorade we got them. I would hire them again...anytime!

They were a bit late because of a confusion in directions getting to my place, but it was easily resolved and they worked hard to complete the job in less time than I had anticipated. Very nice guys, I would hire them again.

Got a call back the same date I scheduled the movers. The movers showed up on time and did a great job. They worked hard and had the truck unloaded within the first 2 hours. I would use them again.
