Only positive thing was that they were on time. They were extremely rude, did not pack our things with care, did not blanket anything, left our TV unprotected and pressed against rough materials, and took absolutely zero care with items marked as "fragile". We helped them a significant amount, and they complained the entire time. They left a huge mess in our truck which WE had to fix after they left before we could drive it off. We could not take our cold groceries with us, as it was a lengthy move, so we offered them to the movers rather than throw them away. Not a single "thank you", and not only that, the only words were COMPLAINTS that we said that we were keeping our alcohol! Would NOT recommend this service to ANYONE. Neither us, nor our property was treated with respect. In fact, the movers that unloaded the truck remarked repeatedly how terribly it was packed up and had to be incredibly careful not to damage anything further.

Actually, the two guys that came did a great job. However, one of the guys accidentally broke a lamp. He called his boss immediately. He reported the accident to his boss. He took a picture of the broken lamp and sent it to his boss in my presence. He told me the "boss" was going to call me to get the broken lamp taken care of. Nobody ever called. Great moving job, but got stuck with an expensive broken lamp. I don't know who the boss is.

Nice guys, overall they did a decent job unloading our truck. I did however expect a dolly or something for the washing machine as they didn't have the necessary equipment to get this upstairs (I had to rent a dolly and do it myself later). Other than that, they were courteous and were able to unload in a reasonable amount of time--a dolly would have been helpful though and sped up the process. I would recommend you confirm they bring a dolly if you're moving a lot of items or large appliances.

Our helpers were great! Isaiah and Pat worked extremely hard and kept a great attitude despite our 3rd floor apartment.
