Pros - they were prompt and pleasant
Cons
- They took a chunk out of a door (we will have to sand it), damaged 2 door frames, one frame in two places (they will need wood filler and paint), and dragged a table across a wall so the paint will need to be fixed. This is all something that can be fixed, so though very annoying, we did not worry about it.
- I showed them the ties downs. I did not realize until much later that they did not use them. Nothing is tied down. We will be re-packing the POD so our items will survive our move.
- They are the professional movers, not me. I expected them to tell me if there are any issues like something won't fit either up the stairs or in the POD.

On time but the 3rd person ordered was missing. But no worries bc they did excellent job with two.packed truck VERY efficiently and got most out of space. Took a little longer with only 2 but not much. Friendly and careful with all dad and mom’s ‘stuff’. Busted their butts whole time... we have stairs and furniture going to different places. They were patient and helpful. We’d definitely use them again.

I had estimated 6 hours for the move and Charles and Shy (spelling?) did it all in 5 hours. They are professional and, after an initial walkthrough, very independent. This allowed us to continue boxing while they handled the big stuff.
Don’t forget to tip! They earned it.

The man and lady that showed up to move us were very nice. However, I felt they moved a bit slower than I would expect for a professional moving service. That being said they were determined movers and got my dressers up a narrow spiral staircase. Everything was moved safely and placed where we asked.
Although I felt the process was slow, the hourly rate was much lower than other services so I feel like I got more than the value I paid for. I just mention it because I had meetings in the afternoon while they were still moving in the background. So it’s worth knowing if you’re trying to plan.

Helper arrived more than two hours late for a move. Claimed it was due to traffic from an accident. Consequence was I had to load the truck myself with assistance of my wife. They did arrive to help with unload. Apologized and offered to do the complete unload. I assisted but they handled a majority of the unload and they did a good job on that portion.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack an overnight bag containing all the essentials. Chances are, you'll be too tired to unpack your things. You'll want your essentials within easy access, including a change of clothes if you're going back to work the next day as well as all your toiletries. It's also a great way to transport a laptop so that you can find it easily. Be sure to know how you are going to give us a site walkthrough, and we like to go over details before moving your items, avoids confusion later on.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves, either it is local, long-distance, office, shipping container packing or a simple 10 ft truck job. We will do it all, so you don't have it, rest assured with us you have a team of professional handling it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being a mover service provider as we help you during a time of stressful transition. Nobody likes the actual process of moving, and we come to elevate the fear and stress of it all. Not saying we are superheroes but it feels like that.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide extensive training to our crew members. Mock scenarios using real items we own. Such as actual packing and unpacking, moving belongings up and down stairs (tight corners), packing an actual shipping container & truck. We train the best so we can achieve the best results.
