Lee and Bill representing Lakeside Movers arrived to do the packing for moving my daughter from Lupton, MI to Farmington Hills, MI. They were on time, worked very hard and fast , which resulted in getting everything packed very well within the 3 hours for which I had initially contracted. They were courteous, respectful in every way. This is the first time I had used HireAHelper, and I was very well satisfied. I would recommend your company to others desiring to do a self move and needed help.

They did not know the proper way to load a truck. We have hired movers before and this crew was less than professional. Unfortunately they did not utilize the entire truck and we had to leave some items at our old residence. Having to drive back 700 miles to recover what was left behind will be a considerable inconvenience . They did arrive on time although they informed us that one of the helpers had a dr. appt. and they would have to leave shortly, I believe that is when their work got a little sloppy as they rushed. I would NOT recommend Lakeside Movers to anyone in the Houghton Lake and surrounding area. Very disappointed.
We're very sorry you were not satisfied with your order. Unfortunately, when customers rent a 20 foot truck, and expect a fully loaded 3 bedroom home plus a garage to fit into it, it is not possible. Also, when customers only book us for the minimum 2 hour time for large jobs in order to save a buck, we cannot guarantee that we can stay to complete the job due to scheduling conflicts. We apologize for your unpleasant experience.
