What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customer will receive a courtesy call the regarding their move with an ETA from our driver. The crew will arrive uniformed and perform initial walk-thru of items to be loaded. After time documentation and instructions are given - our crew will begin working until the last item has been loaded/unloaded into the truck.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should make sure that all boxes or containers are sealed and fastened prior to the move, if not hiring professional packers. Remove light bulbs from lamps, pack all electrical cords for electronics devices and label boxes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed Residential Local (within city limits), Long distance ( miles of 250+), Speciality moves such as Piano, Pool Tables, Refrigerator Door Removal, Commercial office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to relieve the customer of any stress regarding their move. All of our moves are placed in the home according to the customer directions. After the move is completed, the customer does not have to worry about re-arranging any furniture in their new home, everything has been placed in position, assembled, and ready to enjoy their new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide hands-on training regarding our loading/unloading process, Dolly Handling Care, Stacking Techniques, Shrink wrapping techniques, packing skills, and always customer service etiquette.
