Kelvin and his team did a wonderful job! They were prompt, very professional, and cautious with the items moved. They worked hard and in a timely fashion. I would definitely use them again and recommend their service to others.

If I knew in advance HireHelpers would send a team with two under 16 years old kids , I would have never contracted this team.

The adult argumented "is a program from church"
This was not informed when we booked HireHelpers.
The kids were tense and the uncle/brother was tense yelling at them.
The adult was carrying a loveseat by himself and he dropped on the floor.
I mentioned to the adult I was not expecting this type of service, he responded, " your time is running right?, So we will be done in two hrs"
All the furniture and items are in a storage, I will follow up with HireHelpers when I retrieve my belongings from the storage in the fall. Hoping everything is in good comditions.

Could have been little more careful with my furniture. The lead guy brought two minors to help. Worried they would get hurt. They didn’t understand don’t push furniture against the wall. Damage wall and possibly furniture. Overall they did an ok job. They were within the time frame but more to the end of it. They were all courteous.

They showed up on time and did a great job. Had my whole house loaded into the truck before the two hours were up. They listened when I asked them to be careful with certain objects and they made sure everything was stacked correctly on my truck. I made it here with nothing broken and everything went great. Would recommend anyone using them.

You can expect WTH to give you excellent service from move out to move in!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day, we will arrive early, assess the items being moved, assist with any required wrapping or last minute choices and requests and move you with care.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Wrap all valuables and electronics. Move them in other vehicles. We can move them if they are in the original foam filled box, or we can create a box for you for a minimal cost.
