They arrived 2 hours late and did not call and let me know that they would be late until after I had been sitting there waiting on them for an hour. Then the workers were very upset and threatened to walk off the job because I had called the office trying to figure out if we were going to have the help or not. We rented our own truck so they're late arrival cost us money on the rental.

The good: they wrapped our items WELL, so nothing got chipped in transit. They finished in the 2 hour timeframe.
The cons: The wrapping was 50$ extra, cash only. ok, fine. But they didn't move quickly. THat could have been on the new trainee they had that day. But, the biggest con wsa that unknown to me they had an hour window to show up, so when they showed at 11 and not 10, that made the move to the final destination get hampered.

The guys were scheduled from 6-7 to arrive and showed up after 8pm. It was hot and myself and my husband were helping them carry stuff in and offered them water. They worked very slowly for about 50 minutes and when we got to the heavier stuff, dressers, beds, mattress they said it was to heavy and they would not do it. I said that’s ridiculous and thats why we hired this service. He told me that they could be done and I could do it my self. He said he owns this truck and has 200k in the bank and this **** job is nothing compared to what he normally makes. My white privilege is why I expected him to do this and no matter what he will get paid. I paid for a service and I expect that service to be completed. So after 50 minutes he and his partner left as his partner was apologizing to me for what was going on. I would never ever recommend these guys to anybody and after moving boxes for 50 minutes I was left to unload everything else.

The two men did a good job and worked hard. My only concern was that they did not show up on time. They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10:00, but did not arrive until 10:45. Other than that, they were very helpful and made the move easier. Thank you for your assistance.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect to be treated like family. We will communicate arrival time and note all customer preferences. Our customers items will be moved with the same care and concern we would use to move our very own mother!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day our customers will be contacted personally by the driver and crew lead assigned to their job 30 - 40 minutes before crew arrives with an ETA. Upon arrival the crew will introduce themselves by name and work hard to provide fast and safe service for our customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have Small items packed safely in boxes. Bring small children and pets to a friend or family members home until all the chaos is over. (The loud noises of the crews equipment can startle some pets and children) Clear walk ways to all doors and staircase area. Grab a Lemonade and enjoy the show!
What types of moves have you handled?
We service everything Residential, from Large 6 bedroom homes to 1 bedroom apartments. We also service commercial, state and military moves. No Matter the size of the job or who our client is, everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Your belongings will be treated as if we were moving our very own mother!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love our clients! Helping someone reach their next level in life is worth all the hard work. We will do just about anything to see our customers smile! Hey, we said "just about anything".......
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our Crew members attend weekly training in our warehouse. Topics of training include "pad wrapping" furniture using furniture blankets and plastic shrink wrap, Packing boxes properly using newsprint paper, safely navigating stairs and tight turns with large furniture, Safe Driving and backing and most importantly customer service skills. Employees also watch weekly AMSA (American Moving and Storage Association) safety videos.
