We have been working in the Dallas/Fort worth area for over 2 years. PNP Professionals llc is a small, family owned moving labor company. PNP has over 17 year’s experience with moving and packing. Whether you have a large load or a small move. PNP specializes in fragile and heavy loads in both residential and commercial moves. We are well-trained, professional, honest and experienced. All moves are tailored to the need of each customer. We can provide a crew of 2-5 for a minimum of 2 hours up to 10 hours. PNP’s #1 priority is to make your move smooth and stress free. In addition to moves, we pack, unpack and we can also offer moving supplies at an additional price and provide "labor only" services. "Labor Only" is moving items around in your home or loading and unloading portable storage units, ABFs, and pods. We are an equal opportunity employer.

I would not recommend PNP Professionals to anyone. Our movers, Tre and Thomas, were extremely unprofessional, sloppy with the disassembly of our furniture, and seemed like they did not want to be there. They called several hours before our scheduled time wanting to move early, and then still showed up 20 minutes early while my wife and I were still finishing up packing. When I explained this to them, they said that was okay and they would just take a look around the apartment to get a sense of what needed to be packed. As soon as they got inside, the team lead shoved a form in my face telling me to sign confirming the start time (which they listed as five minutes before they even got inside). The whole process seemed incredibly rushed, and even though I booked the movers for two hours, they seemed like they were running behind and even called their next customer during my move that they were running behind. They ended up finishing 30 minutes early, and really could have spent some extra time paying attention to how they were loading my truck. We learned when we arrived at our destination that almost everything in the back of our truck was either damaged or had fallen on top of other boxes/items. The movers we had unpacking us couldn't believe that professional movers did this.
Tre and Thomas did a terrible job packing up our apartment, stacked heavy boxes on top of lighter ones, and lost a part of my bed frame while loading the truck. After talking to the owner about the missing piece of the bed, she assured me she would look into it, but after numerous attempts to follow up after more than two weeks, I have received nothing but radio silence and canned answers. This business is untrustworthy and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking to move.

I hired movers to be here on a specific day and time and they never showed up. I also rented a moving truck on my own which sat at my house all day waiting to be used. When no one showed up to move me I called the company (they were very hard to get in touch with). They did say they would send another crew but then called and said they could not find anyone. I was asked to wait until another day and to be flexible. My lease was up the following day...no room for me to be flexible. The truck I rented was for one day...no room for me to be flexible. They said they could possibly refund the truck rental but I would need to file a claim and hope for the best. This is not acceptable and very unprofessional, and it put me in a difficult situation.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from a PNP associate to confirm the details of your request and get you added to our calendar. The evening before your move, you will receive a follow up call to ensure no changes are needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew including the number of professional members requested will arrive promptly to make your move as easy and stress free as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We provide packing services for an additional fee, however to save valuable time and money, having all packable items boxed up as well as furniture clear to be disassembled is the best preparation.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed nearly 1,000 local moves in just under 3 years. From every type of apartment and condo to million dollar homes, from small offices to full size warehouses. If you need it moved we move it!

What training do you provide your crew members?
When we add a new crew member we will (with confirmed customer consent) take them on a minimum of 3 jobs free of charge to our customer for training
