Very polite and accommodating. But they did not have a hand cart which would have made their jobe easier.
They were on time and worked hard.. very respectful to property and goods. Needed some guidance on how to place box springs on a frame and which direction of the furniture was front and back. Furniture was wrapped but back side was exposed to know which way to place against wall, etc.

They arrived early! We showed them what needed to be put in the truck and they did - fast, courteous, focused on the job. I had a couple of questions about how to pack some odd shaped items, and they helped me with the packing. They had to take a huge bed frame apart and they worked diligently. They were amazing!!!!

I telephoned them the day before to confirm their arrival for 8-9am the following morning. He said everything was a go. By 9:30 am the day if arrival they had not showed but texted and said they were en route but had tire trouble. We called at 10am as they were still not there but they said they would be there soon. At this point, we started taking boxes out to truck because we were worried about not getting to our destination before dark. At 10:30 am movers were still not there. We called and they said 10 more minutes. They finally arrived and we're ready to begin work at 10:48am with an estimated arrival of between 8 and 9am. They did not have Allen wrench set or dolly so we ran to store before their arrival to purchase wrench set. We had 24 blankets and asked for each piece of furniture to be covered. We taped the smaller pieces in the house before they were taken out, however, when we went out to truck the movers had NOT used a furniture pad on the larger pieces of furniture and had the wood pieces up against one another. This was discovered after they had left and we were left with redoing it correctly. Terribly disappointing for the amount of money we were charged. Plus after we'd done so much ourselves they only had an hour of work to do and they still didn't do the job properly.

They showed up 1 hour late. It I was apparent that they did not do this on a daily basis. A lot of time and space was wasted in both the moving truck and the storage unit.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
